Cancellation Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION When you book a function room at The CoMOOnity Play Cafe, you are agreeing to use the facility within our required terms and conditions. Being aware of our terms & conditions of room use is the responsibility of the hirer. Not reading this document or failing to provide this information to responsible others in your group does not exclude the hirer from consequences if rules are broken. Children Children are most welcome at The CoMOOnity Play Cafe – we have of course designed the space for them! However - their safety is your responsibility. Please ensure children are properly supervised at all times. Children over the age of 4 are to be reminded that the space is a place for our little friends, and to be mindful of those who are smaller. They are not to be on the softplay equipment unless specifically assisting a smaller sibling. Spaces have been created in the café for our older friends, please use them respectfully. Payments Payment can be made by cash, card or bank transfer. We can provide monthly accounts for regular users. Payment terms and requirements will have been discussed with you at the time of booking. These details have been provided back to you, in your room booking confirmation. Some room use requires prepayment. If you are required to prepay and have done so by electronic payment, then you must provide proof of payment before you can use the room. This is your responsibility. No payment, no use. All bank fees will be passed on to the hirer as per The CoMOOnity Play Café guidelines. Room Set Up & Pack Up The spaced hired (Either the Barn or the Stables as indicated on your hiring agreement) is a closed off room from the rest of the café. This The CoMOOnity Play Café is set up with open free play area, and soft play. This Tables and chairs are in the front room for food and messy activities. If you would like your room to be set up (and packed up) for you, this can be arranged. *Please note that room set up by us is not available outside of business hours. Café Availability and Food Standard function room hire means that there is limited use of the café unless previously organised. On booking we Technology We do have a TV with HDMI cable, DVD player and chrome cast facilities available to use. We also have Bluetooth speakers and LED lights mounted on the walls. Please see staff about using any of this equipment. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GENERAL • The CoMOOnity Play Cafe agrees to hire the Premises for the Purpose noted
